On Saturday November 12th, Caring for Community will host its 12th annual Cornhole For Community event. Over the past 12 years, we have been able to give away $140,000 to support local families, communities and organizations. Through generous sponsorships, donations and financial support we have had great impact on our local community.This year we hope to continue the tradition of offering a fun, family atmosphere for competition, while supporting our community. For 2022, C4C has partnered with Cloud Covered Streets. Cloud Covered Streets has a heart for homeless and are servicing the people of Ft. Worth and Grand Prairie locally. They provide clothing, showers, laundry services through a mobile trailer as well as additional support as needed.
C4C couldn’t be happier to come alongside the people of Cloud Covered Streets. We have committed to them to provide 200+ pairs of quality shoes for people and kids experiencing homelessness.
C4C2022:NewKicks will be a one day event with a goal of raising as much money as possible put shoes on the feet of those in need. One hundred percent of all proceeds from sponsorship, auctions and registration fees will support the shoes and other special items as needed to provide hope for the homeless.
